Account Types

Within the app, there are three major account types. They are:
Picker Checker account type, Sales account type, and Driver account type.

ARRIVAL & UNLOADING

  • Scan your inventory in accordance with the size and available capacity
  • View orders vs. PO, get an automatic alert on differences.

VISUAL STORAGE

  • Incoming items automatically categorized according to pre-set locations.
  • Virtual control over multiple ware houses and stocks

ROUTING & DELIVERY

  • all orders loaded in line as assigned sequentially

Receivables

Scan bar code application: This is a very useful tab on the picker checker account type. With this, you can view and also update inventory or pod locations within the warehouse. You can actually assign different locations within the warehouse. E.g aisle, bay, shelf number, bin, etc.

Transfer

With the transfer tab, you can monitor and control the activity of goods that are coming in from other warehouses.
Account Types

Within the app, there are three major account types. They are the picker Checker account type, the sales account type, and the Driver account type

For a picker checker account type, there are basically six things you can control. Each is assigned to a tab:

  1. Orders: both incoming and outgoing orders can be can be controlled and monitored here.
  2. Receivables: Here you can monitor and control the activity of incoming receivables from other vendors.
  3. Transfer: With the transfer tab, you can monitor and control the activity of goods that are coming in from other warehouses.
  4. Scan bar code application: This is a very useful tab on the picker checker account type. With this, you can view and also update inventory or pod locations within the ware house. You can actually assign different locations within the ware house. E.g aisle, bay, shelf number, bin etc.

When you click on the bar code you can do one of these:

  • You can assign bar code to a product
  • You can assign bar code to a pod
  • You can assign to a new product
  • You can assign to a new pod

After scanning any product, the details of the particular products will be displayed on the screen, showing the details regarding the product: quantity available, quantity in transit, quantity incoming. There is also an option to check incoming products or pick the orders that have been placed for the product. Product quantity can also be adjusted in the admin platform.

You can conveniently and accurately monitor each item, from the time of delivery, current location to the point of delivery. You can also get proof of delivery based on your preferences, and provide your customers with instant emailed or printed versions of their invoices.
